a Business Plan,
Financial Projections and where to find the research material for your project.
You'll be provided a Project Plan detailing what we'll need from you.
In addition, we will work with you on a regular weekly basis reviewing the Project
Plan and guiding
you along the way.

Length of the approval process
Depending upon the loan type, we can provide pre-qualification within 24 hours and provide a loan preapproval/committment in writing within five to ten days of submitting a complete loan application. Within 5 to 60 days after loan approval, you can expect to close your loan.
